How the program works

STEP 1

Families apply

Families submit a scholarship application covering household size, income, and each child's tuition need. The review committee verifies every application.

STEP 2

Local review

The committee reviews each case against the program guidelines and approves eligible families.

STEP 3

Donors give

Donors sponsor a specific student, or give to the general fund and let the committee direct it to the family with the greatest need.

STEP 4

Schools partner

The school signs up to receive the scholarship for that child, keeps fair tuition practice in place for them, and takes part in an independent review.

STEP 5

Scholarships awarded

Assistance only reaches a family once both their application and their child's school are approved — funds go directly to the school and are applied to the child's tuition.
